Designed by Emery Roth and built in 1929, The Beresford is one of Central Park West’s most iconic buildings.  Together with designer Clive Lonstein, we completely renovated a 3,700 sf corner unit, reproportioning spaces to maximize views, delineate public and private spaces, and spatially reflect the owner’s needs.  Custom millwork, lighting, finishes, and meticulous detailing throughout come together to create a bright, airy, and elegant residence.
